FAQ

Hi fans!

I've been getting a lot of questions about several different things lately! Thanks for all your curiousity! It's such a compliment. :)

I'm going to post some FAQs about the shop, including new merchandise-related questions!

Here we go:

FAQ #1: Are you going to put new holiday decor and jewelry in the shop?
A: Yes! Definitely. Be sure to check back daily, as I sometimes add things here and there. But I can say for sure, November 1st will be a big day for the Essential Charm shop! :)

FAQ #2: Are you going to expand and do more baked goodies?
A: Not sure yet, but that's a great question! I might add a few more items here and there, as my creativity will allow, but I'm really not sure at this point.

FAQ #3: Are you going to release more coupon codes and savings?
A: I'm toying with that at the moment. I know that I probably can, but I have to decide when and how, etc. It's not an exact science, but I will try to look into this more, especially during the holiday season.

FAQ #4: What are your decorative pillows stuffed with? Are they safe to wash?
A: Awesome question! It's poly-fill, which is hypo-allergenic and safe to wash. But as you'll note in all my listings for the pillows, I don't recommend washing them in the washing machine. I think spot-cleaning with warm water is best, but if you have a massive mess on a pillow, I'd say wash it in the lightest spin and agitation cycle in your washer that you can.

FAQ #5: Can you give me a sneak-peak of some new items?
A: I think so! This will probably come just before November 1st, so stay tuned! Also, if you're not yet a fan on the Facebook Page, go there and be sure to "like" it. I sometimes post FB-exclusive deals, and also blog-follower-exclusive deals.
